Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to lead our SEO and PPC efforts. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase website traffic, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our website.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content. Optimizing adcopies and landing pages for better results.
  • On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Oversee on-page SEO optimizations, including content development, meta tags, and internal linking, as well as off-page strategies such as link building.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. Creating and Managing Paid Campaigns of Google Adwords Display Network
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on SEO and PPC performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and keyword targeting for better ROI.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to implement innovative strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and enhance our social media strategy to expand our presence and engagement across various platforms.
  • CRM and Lead Management: Oversee and optimize our CRM systems to effectively manage and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creativity: Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative marketing solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new concepts.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for generating innovative content.
  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Social Media Management, CRM, and Lead management.
  • Relevant Digital Marketing Certification will be an advantage
