Direct to Metal Base Coats – METGUARD P and B series

Comprising a series of coatings for corrosion protection through metal passivation for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys these can be applied, on fresh metals with St 1-2 and existing corroded/pitted structures with St 3 surface preparation. Confer storage stability and workability, sea-worthiness in transportation, and excellent protection as undercoats to a variety of topcoats for new hot rolled steel structures. Eliminate shot/grit blasting during initial application on HRS with mill scale, sweep blasting on HDG, etc. and during subsequent painting operations over entire life cycle of protected structures.   

Intermediate and Top Coats – MODAL and METGUARD T series

Specially formulated to provide resistance against UV, thermal oxidation, acidic and alkaline fumes, fossil fuels and their combustion products, rain, humidity, and coastal salinity, etc. as topcoats over METGUARD base coats in aesthetically pleasing colours and finish.

Thermosetting Direct to Metal Base Coats and Top Coats

Thin film coatings for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys imparting unmatched corrosion protection through metal passivation together with outstanding combination of thermo-mechanical properties in medium to high gloss finish. These can be applied without blasting or chemical pre-treatment of substrates.

Polymeric Coatings for Concrete and FRP Structures

Comprise direct to concrete membrane protection for new and existing concrete, RCC, and FRP structures. These require no special surface preparation other than removal of surface moisture, chemical deposits if any, and loose sand or glass fibres as the case maybe. Offer excellent protection in coastal areas and in industrial locations.
